That's why, upon signing up for a training plan, you'll be asked to fill in a comprehensive questionnaire that covers a range of topics, including your lifestyle, current training, availability, and goals. We'll use the information you provide to develop a personalised training plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

In addition to the questionnaire, we'll also schedule a phone or video call with you so that we can better understand your unique situation and get to know you better. During this call, we'll discuss your goals, availability, and any other factors that may impact your training. We'll also take the time to answer any questions you may have about our coaching process or the training plan itself. This phone call is an important part of our personalised approach to coaching, and allows us to build a stronger relationship with you as a rider.

By gathering this information and having a call, we'll be able to create a customised training plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. We believe that this personalised approach is essential to achieving your full potential as a cyclist.
