Welcome! We offer a range of services to help you become a better cyclist, including cycling skills sessions and tailored training plans.
Our cycling skills sessions are designed to help riders of all levels improve their technique, confidence, and safety on the road. Led by experienced coaches, our sessions cover a range of skills, including cornering, descending, group riding, and bike handling. Whether you're new to cycling or a seasoned pro, our skills sessions are a great way to improve your riding and get more enjoyment out of every ride.
But we don't just stop there. Our tailored training plans are designed to help you achieve your cycling goals, whether you're training for a big event, a race season, or just looking to improve your fitness and performance. Our coaches work with you to develop a training plan that's tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule, ensuring that you get the most out of every training session and see real results.

Winning comes in many ways
As a Performance Coach, my journey in cycling has transitioned from competitive racing to coaching and performance enhancement. My British Cycling Level 3 qualifications enable me to coach and prescribe training for racers as well as those aiming to get faster. This complements my other accreditations from Training Peaks and FutureFit.
The races that have impacted me most are those where I exceeded my own expectations. This experience informs my coaching philosophy, helping me understand the aspirations and challenges of riders at various levels. My involvement in cycling events and race organisation has shifted towards coaching, where I find satisfaction in aiding riders to develop their skills. My experience includes supporting riders at national championships and participating in six-day races in Belgium.
I'm currently pursuing qualifications in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning. I believe that cycling performance is not just about time in the saddle but also involves a holistic approach to body strength and functionality. This allows me to cater to a wide range of clients, from those focused on performance to those who see cycling as a way to enhance life enjoyment.
Beyond coaching, I aim to foster a supportive and inclusive cycling community. I see cycling not just as a sport but as an experience that can positively impact lives. In each coaching session, I bring expertise and a genuine appreciation for cycling, aiming to assist every rider in achieving their goals, whether competitive or personal.
The hardest part is turning up
Participating in a race may appear effortless for some individuals, but there are often hidden obstacles and limitations that aren't immediately evident for many others.
Luckily, I stumbled upon a remarkable cycling club that actively organised weekly skills sessions, and from the moment I joined, I became captivated. This newfound passion propelled me to explore various disciplines within cycling. Along the way, I encountered a few setbacks, including crashes and challenges. However, these experiences served as stepping stones, enabling me to cultivate strength, resilience, and a heightened sense of confidence as a cyclist.
The profound confidence I gained from cycling has inspired me to become a coach myself and to empower others to discover their untapped potential. I firmly believe that the skills and techniques necessary to embark on the racing journey lie within each individual, waiting to be uncovered and nurtured.
